Emergency Dept.  Two full-time Registered Nurse positions are available in our Emergency Department.   These 36- hrs/week positions are 12-hour shifts: primarily 5p – 5a and 2. Schedule also includes every 3rd weekend rotation and a holiday rotation. Individuals with ER experience who are team-oriented and possess strong critical thinking skills are encouraged to apply. SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST

Memorial Medical Center is seeking Surgical Technologists to perform direct, technical scrub service while providing and maintaining an organized, sterile field and physical environment. Additional duties include occasional responsibilities in the central processing department. Individuals must have the ability to take initiative, prioritize and organize tasks. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program with certification by the NBSTSA. Benefits offered for full-time positions. EOE

 CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT – Med Surg- Casual

A position for a Casual status Certified Nursing Assistant primarily for the Med/Surg unit is currently available. Hours for this position are scheduled on an as-needed basis and may include all shifts. Applicants must hold current Wisconsin CNA and BLS certifications. Previous Med/Surg experience is preferred.  PATIENT FINANCIAL ADVOCATE

Memorial Medical Center is currently seeking to fill two Patient Financial Advocate positions.   The details for these positions are as follows:

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week); primarily Mon – Fri, 11:30am – 8:00pm, with a holiday rotation and an occasional weekend rotation.
  • Part-time (26 hrs/week); primarily Friday 8p – 6a, Saturday & Sunday 10p – 6a; includes a holiday rotation.
  • This position is dual-purposed with performing all patient registration duties, as well as, assisting patients with insurance and financial needs. General duties include: registration of patients, perform all aspects of insurance verification/authorization, assist patients with information of insurance coverages and financial assistance/payment plan options, account research and analysis as needed, response to emergency procedures and alarms. Two years’ experience in health insurance billing or managed care coordination is a requirement; certification in healthcare business, insurance billing or MA/Health Unit Coordinator preferred. Working knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding required. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills along with the ability to effectively multi-task and work with minimal supervision is a must. Intermediate computer knowledge required. RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST

Memorial Medical Center (MMC) of Neillsville has an immediate opening for a full time certified Radiologic Technologist. Hours for this position are primarily 2p – 10p, Mon. – Fri. with call, weekend and holiday rotations required. AART and State of Wisconsin registration is required. CT experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate. MMC is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with an attached multi-specialty clinic providing outpatient, inpatient, surgical, urgent care and emergency services. Imaging services include x-ray and surgical fluoroscopy, computed tomography, mammography, ultrasound and bone densitometry. Full time benefits offered. Apply online. EOE

RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST

We are in need of a full time certified Radiologic Technologist experienced in CT and other modalities. Scheduling options will be discussed at the time of interview. At MMC, the department services a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with an attached multi-specialty clinic providing outpatient, inpatient, surgical, urgent care and emergency services. CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

A Certified Medical Assistant is being sought for the Neillsville clinic site at Memorial Medical Center. This full time (32 hrs/week) position is scheduled primarily from 8a – 4:30p with one 11a – 7p shift and includes a weekend rotation every 16th week. Candidates are to have successfully completed an accredited Medical Assistant program and be AAMA and BLS certified.   Full time benefits offered. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

A full-time (40 hrs/wk) Pharmacy Technician position is available at Memorial Medical Center. The hours for this Monday through Friday position are primarily 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. The Certified Pharmacy Technician assists the pharmacist in obtaining, preparing, and distributing drugs required for the treatment of patients. Individual must possess working knowledge of: commonly used weight and volume equivalents with ability to accurately complete arithmetic calculations and know procedures relating to the manufacture, packaging and labeling of drug products; be able to perform duties relating to drug purchasing and inventory control and perform the technical functions associated with a unit dose drug distribution system. Computer skills, along with good communication skills are necessary. Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or completion of certification after six months of employment is required. Previous experience with medication processing is preferred. Apply online. EOE
